Data deletion request

You can permanently delete your Telltale account and all associated data at any time.

From inside the app

  1. Open Telltale on iOS, Android, or web.
  2. Go to Settings → Account.
  3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Your account, vessel records, tasks, parts inventory, and uploaded photos are removed within 30 days. Backups are purged on a rolling 90-day schedule.

If you can't access the app, send a deletion request from the email on your account. We'll confirm and delete within 30 days.
